The current interest rate is 0.25% flat per month to be deducted upfront from the loan amount.
	Available to All Members of the Co-operative who have high subscription savings. The subscription savings would be used as the guarantee for the loan.
	Loan limit is pegged at member's subscription savings less $500/- less outstanding loan if any. For example, if a member has a subscription saving amount of $10,000, the loan limit would be $9,500. The member would be informed of the result by the staff at the time of loan application.
	Member can opt to repay the loan in full upon expiry of the loan or using his/her subscription savings to offset the loan.
	Repayment period ranges from 1 to 3 months.
