Description of Design The main theme of the design seeks to symbolise the forward-looking nature of the Police Co-operative, its vision for the future and its emphasis on people. The colour Blue reflects a sense of police identity. The Singapore Police Force is where the roots of the Co-operative lie. The bright orange colour of the letter C conveys the strong positive attitude and work ethos of the Co-operative. The letter C represents the Co-operative which embodies the values of self-help, democracy, equality, honesty, social responsibility and caring for others. The diamond-shaped human structure symbolises perpetuity and strength. The structure is linked strategically to the letter C, denoting the spirit of collaboration and our commitment to serve our members. As we enter the new Millennium, we shall strive to achieve our vision of making the Singapore Police Co-operative the Choice Co-operative in Singapore.
